Every assignment starts with your goal—selling, buying, or leasing a commercial property. I review the property and market, explain the options in plain language, and help you decide on a practical course of action.

For sellers, that includes positioning the property, reviewing offers, and negotiating terms. For buyers and tenants, it includes comparing opportunities, coordinating due diligence, and working through the details that matter before a commitment. You work directly with me throughout the transaction.
